I am a climate advocate and eager to communicate our personal, community, and society's need to address the impending climate catastrophe. It is too late to prevent climate change; it's already happening on a global scale. But whatever we can do to encourage rapid reduction in the use of fossil fuels may, hopefully, head off even worse consequences for humanity and the other species inhabiting this fragile earth. I am starting the ride late. There is no way I will be done by May 29 but I am committed to my 100+ miles and to raising funds that will support the important work of PA IPL.
